Who is the TRICURO go intended for?

Our measuring device was developed especially for professionals who are familiar with tension and blockages in the back. These include company health managers and fitness coaches. However, the TRICURO go is not intended for private users.
What are the system requirements?

You need a standard iOS or Android smartphone that supports Bluetooth 5.0 and has an integrated accelerometer and gyroscope. We recommend a display size of 5.5 inches or more. An active 4G or WiFi connection is also required for your one-time registration in the app and transmission of the measurement results.
How do I install the TRICURO go?

Basically, it's child's play: Unpack the measuring device, attach the metal strip to the back of your smartphone or mobile phone case, install the app and start measuring. However, we recommend that you take a look at the quick start guide, which contains a graphic description of how to install the TRICURO go.

How much does the TRICURO go app cost?

The app can be used free of charge for the first 12 months after registration. We think this is appropriate, given that it will take a certain amount of time to get used to it. From the 13th month we will then charge a monthly usage fee of €4.99 plus VAT. We will inform you by e-mail in good time before the end of the free usage period and give you the opportunity to choose between continued free usage and paid usage . You will still be able to take measurements with both versions, but the paid version will have many more great features.

Are there smartphones that are not compatible with the TRICURO go?

We are currently only aware of one smartphone that does not connect to the TRICURO go: the Xiaomi 9C.
